Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to lead the health and productivity of our global TaskVerse network. You will manage onboarding, activation, and retention at scale, ensuring engagement and clear project requirements as our AI programs grow.

Responsibilities include creating clear communications, synthesizing feedback into actionable reports, and maintaining dashboards on community health metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community management, platform operations, or gig-economy coordination.
• Operational skills to manage large-scale workflows with high attention to detail.
• Strong professional English; able to adjust tone for diverse audiences. Multilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and community platforms (Slack, Discord, or CRM tools).
• Self-starter mindset; identify gaps and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, activation, and retention programs for the tasker community across time zones and projects.
• Review SOPs and implement updates to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Monitor queues to identify fatigue or confusion and elevate issues with relevant teams.
• Develop and maintain guides and FAQs ahead of new project launches.
