Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Community Ambassador to be the face of our office in Imus, Cavite. You will welcome visitors, coordinate engagement, manage reception and client interactions, and support daily administrative tasks with energy and creativity.

You will work on-site Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for applicants and guests. Experience in business administration or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: College Level or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and provide administrative support.
• Manage applicant engagement, reception, and client/executive experiences.
• Handle billing validations, shuttle/logistics, and office assets management with urgency.
• Collaborate daily with teams to align applicant experience with service quality.
• Ensure policy understanding and adherence by the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal customers.
• Produce regular reports on office supplies, inventory, and validation.

As a Community Ambassador, You Will

• Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization.
• Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all applicant engagement, reception management, client & executives experiences are ridiculously flawless, fun & exciting.
• Regulate to maintain administrative work such as : billing validations, shuttle & logistics, executive and client management, assets & office supplies management. All responsibilities are to be completed accurately and delivered with a high quality sense of urgency.
• You will be working daily with different team departments to ensure that anticipation of applicants are aligned with each other to provide the best customer service experience.
• Assist and help in making sure that all business related policies and procedures are understood and followed as enforced by the leaders.
• Maintain excellent relationship building with vendors and internal customers for departmental discussions and actions.
• In charge of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition, delivery, retrievals, inventory, consumption and validation. Make sure that all reports are justified

with educational background of College Level or Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Business Administration, Communications & Hospitality Management

• We need someone who can commit to work on site from Monday to Friday with flexible working shift schedules
• Approachable, patient, and flexible.
• With knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of Google Suite and Creative applications such as Canva or Photoshop and the likes would be a plus
