Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Manager Processing - Collateral Services in the Philippines to lead a regional collateral operations team. You will coordinate with business partners in London, Hong Kong, Paris and New York to implement a global model, ensure adherence to the Functional Instruction Manual, and manage MI reporting to support client and business needs.

You will oversee performance, productivity, and quality, ensure timely delivery within procedures, and drive the rollout of reporting tools.

Qualifications

Ability to build and lead an effective team for collateral services.

Responsibilities

Work with London, Hong Kong, Paris and New York partners to implement the global model.
Ensure processes comply with FIM (Functional Instruction Manual).
Submit accurate Management Information (MI) to meet customer and business needs.
Monitor team performance, productivity and quality within timelines and cut-offs.
Lead the deployment of reporting tools and guidelines for processes; escalate issues as needed.
Ensure workflow management to meet timelines and quality; optimize resource use.
Codify legal agreements, issue and book margin calls/interest, identify failed settlements, conduct reconciliations and investigations as per policies.
