The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years experience in technical/maintenance operations, with strong cross-cultural collaboration and data management skills. Onsite work in Makati with a global team and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
• At least 3 years in technical/maintenance and operations in Global Business Services for oil & gas clientele is a plus.
• Experience in multicultural and shared services environments is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate with overseas partners and cross-functional teams.
• Capable of independent work, initiative, and timely delivery within procedures.
• Knowledge of CMMS and ERP systems; reading mechanical/electrical drawings and P&ID.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement continuous improvements in CMMS workflows.
• Assist Maintenance Engineers with hierarchies, maintenance activities, and data setup for new equipment.
• Review documentation and extract data for CMMS.
• Perform related tasks as needed.
