Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking a Cash & Collateral Management Analyst to support treasury operations and collateral management across domestic and international levels. The role involves monitoring cash flows, ensuring proper collateral usage, and coordinating with funding, credit relations, and auditing teams.

The candidate will analyze cash movements, establish controls, and participate in data processing initiatives to strengthen treasury processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work in APAC shift with some late-night calls at EMEA time.
• Responsible for efficient and proper utilization of cash & collateral throughout the firm.
• Analyze cash flow, use of cash capital and collateral, transfer of funds.
• Establish controls for all cash & collateral movements and coordinate with auditing.
• Arrange lock-box and other security systems and work with operations settlement areas.
• Develop and coordinate data processing systems for cash management and treasury.
• Monitor portfolios and exposure to ensure collateral is requested timely.
• Internal liaison between the client and Citi.
• Exposure monitoring & margin calling; monitoring deliverable positions.
• Support the clearance of trades, reallocation and transfers.
• New account setup and mapping; reconcile trades and margins with exchanges.
