Metacom Careers in Metro Manila is seeking a Global Business Travel Customer Service Associate to assist corporate clients with flight reservations, hotel bookings, and expense management while ensuring a smooth travel experience.

The role requires at least 24 months of Global Business Travel experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. The package offers ₱33,000–₱45,000 monthly salary plus a ₱100,000 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• At least 24 months of Global Business Travel experience.
• Experience handling corporate travel bookings and expense management.
• Knowledge of business travel arrangements, reservations processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to comply with the account's work schedule and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist corporate clients with flight reservations, hotel bookings, and other business travel arrangements.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
• Provide support for travel policies, booking procedures, and expense inquiries.
• Handle travel-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel providers, and other parties.
• Ensure accurate booking information and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow company procedures and client requirements.
