Job summary

RONIN International is seeking a Sales Systems Analyst to enhance how we manage, connect and report commercial data. You’ll work hands-on within Sales Operations, partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing and leadership to deliver practical Power BI, CRM, data and automation solutions.

Your initial focus will be Power BI reporting and CRM integration, with opportunities to impact sales pipeline, forecasting and profitability. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query/M, DAX and data modelling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for business users.
• Strong understanding of data quality, KPI definitions and reporting logic.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical reporting, data and technology solutions.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and semantic models.
• Develop KPI logic and data transformations using DAX and Power Query/M.
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy and CRM data structures.
• Design and support integrations between CRM, Power BI, finance and other business systems.
• Build automation using Power Automate, APIs and JSON/REST.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
• Contribute to solution architecture, data flows, integrations and scalable system design.
• Document data sources, reporting logic, processes and technical solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
