Job summary

Eslboards is seeking a Business English Coach to deliver engaging lessons for Korean business professionals, leveraging real-world business experience and knowledge of global corporate cultures. You will help students explain presentations, interpret data, and engage with stakeholders in international business settings.

Responsibilities include conducting online lessons, adapting materials for Korean clients, and providing feedback while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Solid academic foundation from a reputable university; TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of diverse business cultures and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for Korean professionals.
• Demonstrated business acumen; global corporate experience is a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Business English lessons with a focus on real-world business scenarios.
• Guide students in crafting and delivering clear and effective presentations, and explaining complex data for international audiences.
• Provide feedback and support to students, helping them navigate language and cultural nuances.
• Develop and adapt course materials to meet the needs of Korean professionals.
• Share insights from your professional background to enrich the learning experience.
• Maintain cultural sensitivity and adapt teaching methods to match student needs.
