Eslboards is seeking a Business English Coach to deliver engaging lessons for Korean business professionals, leveraging real-world business experience and knowledge of global corporate cultures. You will help students explain presentations, interpret data, and engage with stakeholders in international business settings.

Responsibilities include conducting online lessons, adapting materials for Korean clients, and providing feedback while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Solid academic foundation from a reputable university; TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of diverse business cultures and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for Korean professionals.
• Demonstrated business acumen; global corporate experience is a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred but training will be provided.

As a Business English Coach, you will provide engaging and insightful lessons tailored to Korean business professionals. You will leverage your real-world business experience and knowledge of global corporate cultures to deliver relevant and practical content. In this role, you will help students develop the communication skills necessary to confidently explain presentations, interpret data, and engage with stakeholders in international business settings.

• Maintain a high level of cultural sensitivity and adapt your teaching methods to match the unique needs of students.

• Solid academic foundation from a reputable university; prestigious credentials, such as TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of diverse business cultures and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts, including presentations and data, in a simple, relatable manner.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the professional and cultural needs of Korean professionals.
• Demonstrated business acumen is essential. Experience in a global corporate setting is a plus, but we also value transferable skills from other professional environments.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Compensation & Incentives:

• USD $17 to $20 per hour
