Collabtech is seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Manager based in Cebu, Philippines, to strengthen our brand and unify a global marketing strategy. This role requires understanding media acquisition, communicating evolution, and executing strategy across channels beyond social posts.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with U.S. leadership on a US West Coast schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience
• Experience with Zoho or comparable CRM and marketing platforms
• Strong LinkedIn and B2B social media experience
• Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills
• Experience developing brand messaging and positioning
• Strong content development and storytelling skills
• Experience with brand transitions, acquisitions, multiple business units or multiple service lines
• Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
• Experience working with sales teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics and make data-driven recommendations
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams in multiple locations
• Experience marketing technology, audiovisual, IT, managed services, field services, professional services or other technical B2B solutions is highly desirable.

• Develop and communicate Collabtech's brand strategy and messaging across channels
• Lead LinkedIn and other social media initiatives
• Create compelling content across formats
• Map and optimize the customer journey
• Market services & solutions and protect/expand customer relationships
• Provide marketing analytics and insights to leadership
• Collaborate with sales to drive demand and pipeline
• Manage projects and coordinate efforts across distributed teams
