Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager in Cebu to plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels. The role involves leading the marketing team on campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with Sales and Operations to drive growth.

The position is onsite in Cebu with responsibility for both regional and branch-level initiatives, including events and digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of marketing experience with digital and brand management.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and evaluation.
• Ensure brand consistency across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads and TikTok.
• Measure performance with analytics tools and optimize results.
• Manage offline marketing, events, and outdoor advertising.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive revenue growth.
• Provide marketing support for regional initiatives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports with data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
