Job summary

WTW Global Delivery Centre in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support international benefits operations. You will handle data entry, validation, and reporting, collaborating with a global team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in life/health insurance operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. mid-shift hours and cross-functional collaboration across regions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or business.
• 2-5 years' experience in an insurance or outsourcing company handling life/health operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data entry, validation, and manipulation (advanced Excel skills).
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and perform data validation and processing.
• Support production of benefits plan design and reporting publications.
• Handle data entry, validation, and manipulation using approved tools and standards.
• Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated.
• Maintain monthly reconciliation of commissions and support benefit audit processes.
