Benefits & Claims Data Analyst (APAC)

Job description

• Support the claims utilization and benchmarking report requirements of APAC countries
• Perform data validation and processing work using agreed upon tools, standards and technique
• Process, project and transaction management
• Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
• Support interactions between clients and insurance vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business.
• Previous benefits or insurance experience a plus
• Proficiency in English language is required (Good written and communication skill)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with data entry, validation and manipulation (advanced Excel skills are essential)
• Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data's applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose
