Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to support the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of employee benefits across international markets. You will join the Global Total Rewards function to ensure competitive, compliant and cost-effective programmes, with oversight and advisory responsibilities.

You will lead renewals, cost analysis, governance and provider management, guiding stakeholders across People Services, Payroll and cross-country teams to enhance the employee

Qualifications

• Experience managing global or multi-country employee benefits within a multinational organisation.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, governance, renewals, programme design and operational controls.
• Confidence working with benefits data, an HR information system (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing shared-service teams and managing brokers, insurers or other benefits providers.

Responsibilities

• Support global benefits strategy across markets.
• Lead renewals and coordinate the implementation of new or updated plans.
• Analyse costs, participation, utilisation and claims for budgets and business cases.
• Oversee administration, controls and data quality across People Services, Payroll and external providers.
• Manage brokers, insurers and consultants through governance arrangements and reviews.
• Monitor regulatory, tax, insurance and data privacy requirements and coordinate action.
• Provide expert benefits guidance and clear communications to employees and leaders.
