You will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, address account concerns, and ensure accurate transaction processing while complying with security standards.

The role involves handling inquiries related to banking transactions, fraud, underwriting, payouts, and collections, with emphasis on verification and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of telephone-based customer service experience supporting US or UK banking accounts.
• Educational requirement as stated: high school to bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience with financial services accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international banking customers.
• Resolve account-related inquiries involving banking transactions, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or collections.
• Perform customer identity checks and account verifications per applicable regulations and security procedures.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of transactions and interactions using CRM systems.
