Job summary

Molex is seeking a Project Manager to drive automotive programs from planning through launch. You will own the lifecycle, coordinate global teams, and ensure PDP adherence, quality, and on-schedule delivery. Interaction with customers and suppliers worldwide will be frequent, including travel to various sites to support launches.

You will join the team that partners across Product Management, Sales, Engineering Quality, and Production to deliver world-class automotive solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-regional teams (CFT).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (e.g., US, China).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities among global stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Engineering Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Production.
• Lead the technical and disciplinary aspects of the project, including planning and managing project milestones in close alignment with the customer.
• Track and ensure the implementation of the Product Development Process (PDP) for assigned projects.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality and safety systems and standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner presentations and escalation management.
• Prepare, create, and present project management reports to company management.
• Travel to Molex facilities and supplier locations to support smooth launches of new and existing projects.
