Job summary

Kongsberg Automotive is looking for a Program Manager to join their team in Romblon, Philippines. In this role, you will lead product development and industrialization projects while managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the automotive sector, demonstrating strong project management skills and fluency in English. Knowledge in SAP and IATF 16949:2016 is desirable. You will thrive in a fast-paced global environment with numerous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• High level of spoken and written English; German recommended.
• Experience in international project management.
