Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking an experienced Senior Product Technical Leader to guide R&D projects for automotive solutions. The role focuses on interfacing with customers, driving cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality components.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation while upholding ASPICE standards and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle within a global automotive context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams in automotive or mobility domains.
• Experience managing budgets and resource planning for complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate internal/external stakeholders across disciplines.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first technical contact for the project, interfacing with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of components.
• Manage BOM, budgets, and ECRs; monitor risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage detailed R&D schedules (L2) aligned with milestones and customer needs.
• Lead R&D meetings, track issues, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
