Job summary

Valeo is a global tech company and automotive supplier seeking a P1 Project Manager to lead site projects and coordinate OEM/OES initiatives. The role involves managing budgets, scopes, resources, and cross-functional escalation to ensure on-time milestones and profitability across development stages.

You will work with diverse teams to monitor progress, report governance milestones, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding Valeo standards and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components)
• Achieve Project KPI in profitability, Quality and Production Preparation
• Secure project resources and control them
• Drive associated P2 Actors if P2 not completed in P1
• Define and manage budget and scope of projects
• Prepare decision making process for relevant committee
• Project manage all project changes and coordinate through team
• Apply Design to Cost methodology
• Escalate gaps vs targets with speed
• Lead AAI and development of PTMs from team
• Manage customer relationship and communications on project progress
