Private Advertiser in Cebu City seeks a seasoned leader to head a team of Logistics Data Analysts and Auditors overseeing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring effective audit execution and rapid resolution of exceptions.

You will plan weekly, review KPI reports, drive SOPs, mentor staff, and maintain high service levels with carriers and customers, while fostering continuous improvement and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis with ERP/MRP exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across regions.
• Prioritize tasks, track progress, and communicate achievements.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions using KPI reports and scorecards.
• Consistently achieve customer metric targets and SLAs.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure quality service.
• Act as escalation point for carriers and customers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to team members.
• Inspire continuous improvement and a positive team culture.
• Ensure shifting schedule coverage 24/5.
