Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a global healthcare client from Ortigas. The role offers a hybrid work setup (3 onsite days per week) and a Day Shift with weekends off, starting with Day 1 benefits and a strong salary package.

You will manage collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash postings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and 5+ years of AR experience, with emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Minimum 5 years of AR experience with high-volume ledgers.
Experience with Amazon 1P/3P accounts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Customer collections and payment follow-up with private practice, cash, and digital accounts.
Cash receipting and EFT/non-EFT payment allocations.
Credit card payment processing and posting to accounts.
Invoice distribution and portal uploads to customer portals.
Refund processing with proper authorization and records.
Resolve customer and internal AR inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare daily cash reports and weekly cash tracking.
