Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• 3+ years in collections, AR, or related finance role.
• Knowledge of international collection techniques and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls and strengthen customer relationships.
• Contact clients before due dates to prevent delays.
• Resolve billing disputes and delinquency with urgency and care.
• Review accounts and reports to track status and prioritize outreach.
• Collaborate with PMs, sales, billing and cash posting teams.
• Help design and improve collection strategies and policies.
• Send written correspondence to encourage timely payments.
• Identify issues and escalate with proposed solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports for executive management.
