Job summary

Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. is seeking a Global Collections Specialist to manage AR from a worldwide customer base, resolve billing problems, and help reduce delinquency.

You will collaborate with management to design collection structures and report to executives. The role requires at least three years in global collections, strong Excel and Costpoint experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Minimum three years of global collections experience.
• Strong accounts receivable, billing, and payment understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and with urgency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Costpoint/Getpaid knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement collection structures and procedures to exceed goals.
• Make outbound collection calls while maintaining customer relations.
• Contact clients before due date to resolve delays.
• Resolve billing problems and reduce delinquency through prompt service.
• Monitor assigned accounts and relevant collection reports.
• Collaborate with Collections, Billing, and project managers on process improvements.
• Email customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear and effective information when addressing groups.
