Job summary

Netflix in Manila seeks an Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager to lead the AR & Collections function and scale it for a rapidly growing business. You’ll drive disputes, automation, and KPI performance while coordinating with US and international teams across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in AR/Collections, strong US GAAP knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style. Hybrid work in Makati, with global collaboration and a focus on process transformation.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance degree required with strong understanding of AR/Collections.
• CPA may be preferred but not required; global company experience is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale AR & Collections activities, including disputes and resolutions.
• Track KPI performance, coach the team, and ensure adherence to playbooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable collections workflows.
• Support monthly close and drive process improvements using automation.
