Job summary

Netflix is seeking an AR & Collections Manager to lead the Manila team and scale the Collections and Dispute Management function across global operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, meticulous analysis of high-volume transactions, and strong communication with cross-functional partners.

You will drive process maturity, automation (Workday/High Radius), and support US GAAP reporting while aligning with revenue streams including Advertising, Partnerships, and Consumer products.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance background required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of relevant functional experience.
• 5+ years leading a high performing team.
• Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Experience at a Global Company is a plus.
• Experience in Ads business is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-related ERP systems (Workday) is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools (High Radius, JIRA, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing AR & Collections function to support growth.
• Drive adherence to the Collections Playbook and Dispute Management Playbook.
• Own team and KPI performance; monitor collections and dispute metrics; coach the team.
• Manage invoice or collection disputes and escalation; drive resolution.

• Lead the next phase of collections & dispute process transformation (automation with Workday/High Radius; refund policy rollout).
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Treasury Operations, and 3rd party providers to design scalable workflows.
• Perform detailed tracking and analysis of cash collection; ensure proper US GAAP treatment.
• Support monthly accounting close activities as needed.
• Identify process improvements to automate/manual workflows.
• Open to flexible hours to support global operations.

Our Revenue Accounting and Operations team is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager to lead our established AR & Collections function in Manila and scale it to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business. This role will own the next phase of our Collections and Dispute Management operations — driving process maturity, automation, and scale — while solving complex issues across our Revenue verticals such as Advertising, Partnerships, and Consumer Products. This role will be based in Manila but will work cross-functionally across many time zones with our US and other international offices. The perfect candidate will be hands-on and very detail-oriented, able to analyze a large volume of requests and transactions with high accuracy, have excellent communication skills, be capable of multitasking, and take the initiative to drive process change and improvements.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and scale a high-performing AR & Collections function (Collections and Dispute Management) to support the growing needs of the business.
• Drive full team adherence to the Collections Playbook and Dispute Management Playbook, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
• Own team and individual KPI performance — monitoring collections, and dispute metrics, identifying gaps, and coaching the team to deliver and exceed operational KPIs.
• Manage invoice or collection disputes and escalation and drive resolution.
• Develop and establish regular review cadence with leadership and stakeholders providing visibility into key Collections and Dispute Management metrics and trends
• Lead the next phase of collections & dispute process transformation (i.e. collections automation leveraging Workday/ High Radius, design and rollout of a formal collections hold process, successful roll-out of a refund policy / process)
• Partner with the Revenue Accounting, Sales, Treasury Operations, Other business leads and 3rd party solution providers to design efficient and scalable workflows for both collections & dispute management.
• Perform detailed tracking and analysis of cash collection and collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treatment under US GAAP.
• Support monthly accounting close activities as needed.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to eliminate, simplify, automate, manual workflows.
• Open to flexible working hours/ non-PH time shifts to effectively support the global nature of the collections & dispute processes and regularly engage UCAN, LATAM and EMEA customers and stakeholders.

Education & Experience
