Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage global AR portfolios and drive automation within our GBS center.

You will handle high-volume transaction management, risk assessments, and month-end accuracy while leading digital workflow improvements using Power Automate, RPA, or VBA. Strong SAP and Excel skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
2–4 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable in a multinational/Shared Services environment preferred.
Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills; exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, VBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Handle high-volume daily AR activities including receipts, clearings, invoices, and credit notes.
Risk & Order Control: Assess credit risk, monitor holds, and manage bad debt write-offs.
Financial Accuracy: Ensure documentation is validated and closed within month-end timelines.
Inquiry Resolution: Resolve complex customer inquiries and discrepancies.
Process & Automation: Design automated workflows via Power Automate, RPA, or VBA.
Governance & Compliance: Support internal controls and audit readiness.
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, and Operations.
