Job summary

Signant Health in Manila is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate responsible for generating invoices to global customers and supporting collections. You will prepare service milestone invoices and pass-through expenses in the ERP system, ensuring terms are met.

You will review contracts for billing information, communicate with Project Managers and vendors, and maintain accurate billing records to support timely cash flow and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline is strongly preferred, but not required.
• 2-4 years progressive accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with billing concepts and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices aligned with project milestones and contracts.
• Create invoices for service milestones and pass-through expenses in ERP.
• Submit invoices according to customer instructions.
• Maintain a global billing database and organized records.
• Assist with collections and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Respond to questions from Project Teams regarding invoicing.
