Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Order to Cash or related finance operations.
• Experience managing BPO/Shared Service Center relationships.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate billing data, including price protection and rebates.
• Reconcile transactions and support key account invoicing.
• Prepare AR aging and reporting, and assist month-end close.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual billing and improve accuracy.
