Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage the AP cycle end to end, including invoice processing and timely payments.

The role involves coordinating with vendors and employees, supporting travel and expense reimbursements, and ensuring accurate close processes for financial reporting. You will work with a European team and contribute to process improvements, SOP documentation, and migration projects in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP experience including invoice processing and payments.
• Experience with corporate T&E and corporate card management.
• Experience supporting or writing SOPs and process improvements.
• Fluent English to communicate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run AP cycle end to end from invoice processing to payments.
• Support PO creation and ensure invoices and payments are accurate and on time.
• Post and track expenses and support travel and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile credit and corporate cards.
• Support AP close for accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with employees and vendors on expenses, POs and finance queries.
• Suggest ways to improve processes and document AP procedures and SOPs.
