Qualifications

• 12+ years in Advisory, Professional Services, Global Capability services, or Consulting.
• 4+ years in Director or above role in Advisory, Professional Services, or Global Capability services.
• Experience in operating model design, business transformation, transition, and process improvement.
• Experience with outsourcing or managed services models and global delivery teams.
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and manage large-scale change.
• Strong commercial acumen with deal execution and growth experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-border leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory leadership and technical excellence across BPS, including outsourced accounting, financial services, internal audit, and transformation.
• Maintain and enforce Advisory frameworks, methodologies, quality standards, and risk controls.
• Oversee solution design, proposals, delivery approaches, and methodologies; act as escalation point for complex engagements.
• Drive Growth & Business Development; pitch Advisory capabilities to GT member firms in the Philippines; collaborate with global teams on deals.
• Contribute to global Advisory strategy; strengthen cross-border relationships and pipeline flow.
• Oversee Service Line Operations: workforce planning, capability development, budgeting and forecasting, utilization and delivery performance.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and career pathways; develop leaders within the Advisory group in the GCS.
