Grant Thornton Global Capability Services Philippines is seeking a capable audit professional to lead engagements from planning through reporting across a range of clients, from SMEs to larger groups. The role emphasizes strong technical audit knowledge, client relationship development, and adherence to professional standards.

You will provide guidance to the team, contribute to methodology enhancements, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with changes in auditing

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in audit required (4 busy seasons).
• Graduate of BSc in Accountancy; progress towards professional qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge in auditing standards and procedures.
• Experience in a top 20 practice preferred.
• Diverse client portfolio and ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of audit engagements from planning to reporting across various clients.
• Perform detailed audit procedures including risk assessment and substantive testing.
• Provide guidance to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop understanding of clients' business environments and nurture relationships.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.
