Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Advisory Leader to shape GT’s advisory footprint from the Philippines, delivering high-quality BPS and transformation services across Outsourced Accounting, Financial Services, and Internal Audit & Controls.

You will lead cross-functional client work, partner with global teams, drive growth, and build a robust, engaged Advisory team focused on capability development, governance, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required for eligibility.
• 12+ years in Advisory, Professional Services, or Consulting.
• 4+ years in a Director or above role in Advisory or Global Capability services.
• Experience in operating model design, transformation and global delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with proposals, deal execution and growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with global leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory leadership and ensure high-quality delivery across BPS and transformation services.
• Oversee frameworks, quality standards, risk controls and governance.
• Guide proposals, delivery approaches, and methodologies; escalation point for complex engagements.
• Drive growth, deal shaping, staffing, pricing, and cross-border collaboration.
• Build and coach a high-performing Advisory team; foster capability development.
