• Build and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor to finance leaders.
• Coach and develop managers and staff; set performance expectations and support growth.
• Drive business growth through market opportunities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Collaborate across service lines and international teams (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management and regulatory standards.
• Promote AI, automation, data analytics, and digital tools to improve efficiency and service.
