Qualifications

• CPA certification with Bachelor's in Accountancy.
• 8+ years of accounting and audit experience.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory or people management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and quarterly close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Strengthen control frameworks to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate reporting.
