Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a General Ledger (GL) Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate financial reporting by managing GL activities and overseeing accounts payable processing. You will lead the AP/GL team, enforce internal controls, support month-end close, and drive process improvements.

The role offers a hybrid night-shift schedule at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City. We offer above-market compensation, healthcare on day one with dependents, paid time-off, life insurance, and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory AP/GL tasks.
• Experience implementing internal controls.
• Experience supporting month-end close.
• Ability to generate and review reports.

Responsibilities

• AP Operations and sub-ledger reconciliation.
• Review invoice coding and 3-way matching.
• Handle vendor/employee inquiries; ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare AP reports, dashboards, and aging.
• Ensure timely supplier payments.
• Prepare GL entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Monitor GL activity for compliance.
• Perform monthly Opex reviews.
• Prepare audit schedules and support audits.
• Generate management reports for Finance and cross-functional teams.
