Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading end-to-end accounting in FMCG/consumer goods.
• CPA license is a plus, but all qualified candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance across all company accounts.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare financial statements for management.
• Supervise accounts receivable processes including modern trade sales and revenue reconciliation.
• Supervise accounts payable processes from voucher prep to on-time disbursement.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations (bank, inventories, intercompany, fixed assets).
• Lead BIR filings and submissions ensuring deadlines.
