Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in permitting in energy or large-scale development.
• Strong understanding of Philippine permitting frameworks at national and local levels.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and managing multi-step approvals.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day permitting activities to secure required permits and approvals.
• Monitor permit applications, schedules, and deadlines.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; propose mitigation actions.
• Maintain permitting trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align permitting with timelines.
• Liaise with government agencies such as DOE, ERC, DENR, LGUs.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and compliance documents.
• Monitor regulatory updates affecting project development.
• Provide regular reporting on status, risks, and milestones.
