Job summary

Yokly is hiring a GHL Appointment Setter to be the first voice of the company and turn conversations into opportunities.

You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls while maintaining CRM records and data discipline. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-home role with US hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales.
• Technical know-how on Go High Level (GoHighLevel).
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator).
• Strong communicator with confident phone presence.
• Willing to work US hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH).

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls using curated lead lists.
• Handle inbound inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Book discovery calls and confirm appointments.
• Log all calls and outcomes in CRM and keep records clean.
• Identify objections and share insights to improve scripts.
• Hit key metrics such as contact rate and show-up rate.

start conversations that turn into opportunities.

You'll speak with potential clients, understand what they need, and guide them toward the right next step.

What You'll Do

Client Outreach & Engagement

• Make daily outbound calls using curated lead lists
• Handle inbound inquiries quickly and professionally
• Introduce client services clearly and confidently
• Build trust in the first 30-60 seconds of every call

Consultation Scheduling

• Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and timing
• Book discovery calls with Sales Representatives
• Confirm appointments via email or SMS

CRM & Data Discipline

• Log all calls, outcomes, and notes in CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
• Follow up consistently (minimum 3 touchpoints per lead)
• Keep records clean, organized, and actionable

Product Understanding

• Learn and understand client services
• Translate features into real-world value for prospects

Feedback & Growth

• Identify common objections and questions
• Share insights to improve scripts and messaging
• Hit key metrics: contact rate, engagement rate, show-up rate

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 1 year experience in:
  • Lead generation
  • Cold calling / appointment setting
  • Sales or customer service
• Technical know how on Go High Level
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
• Comfortable working US hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PH time)
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Stable internet + reliable home setup
