You will collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Operations, utilizing ERP tools and analytics to improve service delivery in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and German languages (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers in English and German.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Work across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, and shared services.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
