Octave is seeking a B2C Customer Success Representative who speaks German to join our team in Spain. You will support customers through their journey across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses and a positive brand experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, resolve inquiries with empathy, and help improve processes. Fluency in German and English, plus at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, are required; a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role such as CS, Support, or Retail.
• Excellent communication and empathy in customer interactions.
