Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end renewals for maximum quarterly rates and revenue.
• Quote renewals for Q and Q+1 per pricing policy.
• Locate commercial/AP contacts; engage via email, calls, meetings pre-expiration to review options, fix issues, highlight features.
• Team with Account Owners, Support, AR to clear hurdles and complete renewals.
• Spot upsell chances (longer terms, new products/services) for Account Owners.
• Keep CRM and docs updated for compliance.
• Manage collections with renewals.
