Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist – Geoscience in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role focuses on onboarding, engagement reviews, and proactive client health monitoring to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Support Managers and Operations to re-engage disengaged customers and drive value through IMDEX SaaS platforms, with a strong emphasis on onboarding sessions and KPI tracking.

• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly engagement reviews with managers.
• Onboard clients onto IMDEX SaaS platforms and provide training.
• Monitor client health and signal disengaged customers for re-engagement.
• Create and maintain helpful documentation and self-service resources.
• Conduct client onboarding sessions and periodic check-ins to ensure adoption.
