Job summary

C.T. CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a Geodetic Survey Engineer to perform land, topographic, and boundary surveys, establish control points, and prepare reports. You will operate GPS/GNSS and total stations, process data with CAD/GIS, and support project planning and layout.

Ideal candidates have a Geodetic Engineering degree with 2–4 years of construction surveying experience, strong math skills, and willingness to be assigned onsite at multiple projects. Apply ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred.
• 2–4 years surveying experience in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data processing software.
• Knowledgeable in GPS/GNSS, Total Station and other surveying instruments.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned at any project location and start ASAP.
• CAN STAY AT SITE if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, technical descriptions, and reports.
• Operate GPS/GNSS receivers, total stations, and levels.
• Process and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software.
• Assist in project planning, design, and construction layout activities.
• Verify property boundaries and survey accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Supervise survey crews and monitor field survey operations.
