Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks.
Prepare survey plans, maps, technical descriptions, and reports.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as GPS/GNSS receivers, total stations, and levels.
Process and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software.
Assist in project planning, design, and construction layout activities.
Verify property boundaries and ensure survey accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Supervise survey crews and monitor field survey operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
Without or With Licensed in Geodetic Engineer.
At least 2–4 years of relevant surveying experience in a construction company.
Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS applications, and survey data processing software.
Knowledgeable in the use of GPS/GNSS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in field and office environments.
