Job summary

AGUILA SIMBULAN PLUS PARTNERS CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CO. is seeking a civil/Geodetic survey specialist to perform site layout, elevations, and alignment surveys on multiple project sites.

You will operate survey instruments, verify data, and prepare field notes and reports for project engineers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of construction surveying experience and proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering or BS Geodetic Engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of construction surveying experience.
• Proficient with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS.
• Familiar with reading drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Willing to work at multiple project sites.

About the role

This role involves conducting site layout and setting-out based on approved plans, performing elevation, leveling, and alignment surveys, and operating surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS. You will verify dimensions, coordinates, and elevations before and during construction, prepare survey reports and field notes, and coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen regarding survey requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen regarding survey requirements
• Ensure the accuracy of survey data and maintain proper calibration of surveying instruments

About you

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Geodetic Engineering, or any related course is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in construction surveying
• Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS
• Knowledgeable in reading construction drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications
• Familiar with AutoCAD (Civil 3D is an advantage)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites
