Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering is required.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC) preferred.
• Experience in survey processing, mapping, or land development is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and survey/mapping software.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, title plotting, and plan verification.
• Familiarity with DENR–LMB regulations and standards.

Job Summary

The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for processing survey data, preparing and verifying survey plans, and ensuring accurate title plotting and mapping outputs. The role serves as the primary technical authority for survey validation, coordinating with field teams, internal departments, and government agencies to ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Data Processing & Plan Preparation:

• Process field survey data and prepare survey plans, maps, and technical descriptions.

• Plot land titles and lot boundaries based on approved survey records and technical data.

• Perform computations and validation of bearings, distances, and areas.

Technical Review and Verification:

• Verify accuracy of survey plans, title plots, and mapping outputs.

• Cross-check survey data against reference plans, titles, and control points.

• Ensure consistency and correctness of all survey documentation.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey records and plans.

Technical Coordination:

• Coordinate with field survey teams for data clarification and validation.

• Support internal departments (engineering, legal, planning, marketing, etc.) on survey-related requirements.

• Assist in resolving technical issues related to land boundaries and title conflicts.

Mapping and Documention

• Prepare and maintain survey maps, lot data, and geospatial records

• Generate reports and outputs for project planning, land development and others.

Qualifications
