Masaito Development Corporation is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to handle land ownership transfer and tax declaration documentation. You will prepare, verify, and submit documents to BIR, Registry of Deeds, and other agencies, and coordinate with buyers and internal teams.

Prepared, verified, and processed documents required for land ownership transfer and tax declaration from seller to buyer.
Reviewed and validated property documents such as TIN, Deed of Absolute Sale, Certificate of Title, Tax Declaration, Tax Receipts, and eCAR requirements.
Processed and coordinated BIR requirements, including eCAR applications, Transfer Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, BIR forms, and tax clearances.
Prepared and submitted documentary requirements for Registry of Deeds transactions, including title transfer, annotation, mortgage, and registration.
Coordinated with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, Pag-IBIG, and liaison officers to facilitate property transfer and registration.
Monitored and followed up the status of transferred titles, tax declarations, payments, and other pending documents.
Prepared requests for Certified True Copies of Titles, Tax Declarations, and other property-related documents.
Assisted in the cancellation of old tax declarations and processing of new tax declarations under the buyer’s name.
Checked and validated the completeness and accuracy of documents prior to submission to government offices and funding institutions.
Coordinated with buyers, internal departments, and external agencies regarding documentary requirements and transaction updates.
Prepared weekly reports and maintained organized records of ongoing and completed property transactions.
