Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and manage client communications.
• Handle calls and email inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
• Assist with marketing and social media management.
• Follow client-specific SOPs.
• Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines.
• Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions.
• Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed.
