Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a GT Marketing Associate Manager in Taguig to drive retailer and trade marketing initiatives across General Trade channels. This onsite role focuses on expanding distribution, improving visibility, and accelerating sales through RTM and BTL activations.

You will analyze channel performance, develop nationwide programs, and collaborate with sales, distributors, and marketing teams to ensure effective execution from planning through post-implementation evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Distribution, or General Trade within FMCG.
• Strong exposure to General Trade channels, including sari-sari stores, wholesalers, distributors, and other traditional trade accounts.
• Experience in developing and executing BTL programs and Route-to-Market (RTM) initiatives for nationwide scope.
• Proven track record in driving channel growth, distribution expansion, and trade marketing programs that deliver commercial results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose channel performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
