You will drive land acquisitions, partnerships, and financing initiatives, oversee multiple business functions, and ensure project execution with profitability. A strong leadership track record and deep experience in housing finance are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Philippine real estate development.
• Senior leadership or general management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Pag-IBIG / HDMF housing loan processing and financing.
• Strong understanding of housing loan documentation and financing requirements.
• Proven track record in business development, land acquisition, and joint ventures.
• Experience overseeing multiple business functions including sales, construction, finance, and post‑sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and drive growth across housing development.
• Oversee land acquisition, partnerships, and development opportunities.
• Manage Pag-IBIG housing loan takeouts and financing processes.
• Direct sales, marketing, and project delivery to meet targets.
• Ensure financial performance, budgeting, cash flow, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and report to the President/CEO.
